A new development of a 6-storey building comprising of 11 apartments, in North Kensington, London.

This development was undertaken on behalf of Buxton Building Contractors Ltd., working for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea council.

Stinson Heating were contracted to install the entire mechanical package for this project, comprising of:

• Air Source Heat Pumps providing primary LTHW & Chilled water to the building.
• Individual Heat Interface Units providing space heating & hot water to the apartments.
• Fan Coil Units within apartments.
• Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems.
• Boosted cold water system throughout the building.
• Sprinkler system & Dry Riser serving the building.
• Communal Plant Rooms housing pumps, buffer vessels, pressurisation units & storage tanks.
• Building Management System for the control and monitoring of all mechanical items.

Completed in November 2025.
