A refurbishment of a large 4 storey detached home in Reigate, Surrey. Comprising of the main dwelling and two annex buildings.

This project is being undertaken on behalf of Trinity Square Developments Ltd.

Stinson heating are contracted to install the complete mechanical package from design through to completion.

This project will comprise of:

• Multiple Air Source Heat Pumps
• Underfloor Heating
• High end kitchen and bathroom suites

Works are expected to begin in the latter half of 2026.
