A new development of 44 dwellings in Thornton Heath, Croydon.  Comprising of 7 town houses and 37 apartments, 6 of which will be wheelchair accessible.

This project is being undertaken on behalf of Oakwood Building Contractors Ltd.

We are contracted to supply and install the whole mechanical package for this project, comprising of;

• Full mechanical design.
• Individual Air Source Heat Pumps for each of the town houses.
• A combination of underfloor heating and conventional radiators providing space heating for the town houses.
• Individual Exhaust Air Heat Pumps for each of the apartments.
• Electric radiators providing space heating within the apartments.
• Full MVHR systems for each dwelling.
• A communal Boosted Cold Water Service for the apartments.
