This conversion of 3 floors of office space into 27 apartments is taking place in Epsom Surrey.

This project is being carried out on behalf of Trinity Square Developments.

Stinson Heating have been contracted to install the full mechanical package from design through to completion. Comprising of:

• An all electric scheme, powered by PV panels.
• Individual Indirect Cylinders within the apartments providing hot water.
• All electric glass panel heaters for space heating.
• A shared Cold Water Booster Set providing cold water to each apartment.
