A development of 23 properties, and a community centre in Edenbridge, Kent.

Comprising of 8 houses, 9 flats, and 6 maisonettes, 2 of which are built with wheelchair users in mind. Alongside a community centre, The F.T.R.A. Club, on behalf of Oakwood Building Contractors.

We are carrying out the mechanical package, inclusive of:

• Installation of individual Exhaust Air Heat Pumps, providing hot water to each property.
• Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Systems for each dwelling.
• An Air Source Heat Pump serving the Community centre with hot water & heating.
• Underfloor Heating within the Community Centre.
• Cat 5 Water Supply to communal outside areas.
