A re-development of a locally listed building in Carshalton, Surrey.

Situated next to the ponds and park, this building previously served as local council offices. Now, it is being re-developed into 10 apartments on behalf of Buxton Building Contractors Ltd.

Stinson Heating are contracted to install the entire mechanical package for this project. Including:

• Individual Heat Interface Units in the apartments.
• Mechanical ventilation within the bathrooms.
• Space heating through radiators.
• 2 communal boilers, providing Primary LTHW to the building.
• A communal cold water booster set, providing cold water to each apartment.
• Building Management System for the control and monitoring of key mechanical plant items.

There is an estimated completion of summer 2026 for this project.
